Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on all federally observed holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USPS Standard Ground Shipping
(1–7 business days) USPS Priority Shipping - $7.99 and up
(3–7 business days) USPS Ground shipping - $5.25 and up

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

www.embracingobsession.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages:

www.embracingobsession.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All paintings are one-of-kind, if you received your order damaged, please contact me directly at www.danifallon@embracingobsession.com. While there is no refund available, I would love to discuss other options in the event that this occurs. Additionally, file a claim with the shipping company. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Digital Downloads:

Any digital download purchases should be received via email from danifallon@embracingobsession.com. If not received within 24 hours, please contact the email address below.

Returns:

Any and all returns are on a case by case basis.

For original oil or watercolor paintings:
If damage occurs during the shipment process contact me so we can best discuss how to move forward, however a 100% reimbursement is not guaranteed as all oil paintings and watercolors are handmade and one-of-a-kind.

For prints:

Any damaged prints will not be reimbursed but can be exchanged for a non-damaged item at no additional cost.
