Stories are the end all be all of communicating. They can be warnings or full of life lessons. They can also incite laughter, belly laughs so hard and loud they cause silence. Stories are markers of time, give us a reason to look back. They can be soaked in a nostalgia that causes a twinge in you gut, for a moment or a person that is no longer. Stories can only happen in the past and told in the present, they exist as a reflection of all we have experienced. On the opposite end, we have the power to create stories, we imagine our futures, create a picture book of memories you want in your life and then do everything in your control to make these future stories come true. However, there are times we do not listen to our grandmother’s, travel into the woods, and discover all of the big bad wolves for ourselves. Whatever the size of your wolf, keep telling stories. Continue sharing your story.
